Festive bedding is a thing…

Asda has revealed it had a huge online spike in sales and searches for ‘festive bedding’ last year, and to deal with the high demand this year the supermarket giant has expanded its range now on sale at asda.com.

Spreads in the collection are priced between £10 and £16, and right now Asda has slashed 30% off a number of items in their latest home sale online.

Hands-down favourites among customers so far include the very cute sausage dog print that features Dauchands in Christmas jumpers and woolly hats and a millennial inspired ‘avo-merry’ avocado print spread.

Tascha Brook, Asda’s Bedding Buyer comments “Christmas is our favourite time of the year and we’re always looking for inspiration, we start planning our Christmas ranges very early, and the design window opens up in January – so it’s just Christmas all year round for us! I’m really excited to see how well our Christmas bedding sets have gone down this year and it’s so cute to see our four legged customers snug in the festive sausage dog bedding.”

The collection, which first launched in October, has already proven popular with shoppers getting into the festive spirit, with many sharing adorable pictures of their themed home interiors on social media.

Several Instagram users have been posted very cute snaps of their pet pooches snuggled up in the Daschund print duvet.

While other Instagram users have taken a liking to the avocado print in particular, posting little ones having an avo-cuddle.
