SINGAPORE – A second worker has died from the explosion at the Tuas Incineration Plant (TIP) on Thursday (Sept 23).

The death was confirmed by the National Environment Agency (NEA) on Sunday. The executive engineering manager died after succumbing to his injuries on Sunday, the NEA said in a statement.
