ZURICH (Reuters) – Clariant has bought the remaining 70% of Brazilian personal care company Beraca it did not previously own, the Swiss company said on Monday.

Clariant, which has held a 30% stake in Beraca since 2015, paid an undisclosed price to the founding Sabara family. The deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter, Clariant said.

With around 90 employees, the family-run company generated sales of $15 million in 2020.
