Three Disney World employees among 17 busted in child predator sting

Three Walt Disney World employees and a registered nurse were among more than a dozen people who have been arrested for allegedly preying on children.

In a six-day police sting in Central Florida under the name Operation Child Protector, authorities arrested 17 arrested people, nine of whom had criminal records. Together, they face 49 felonies and two misdemeanors, Fox 13 and NBC 8 reported.

‘These are nasty, nasty people,’ Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said during a news conference. ‘We can’t even use the words that they used. We obviously can’t show the pictures and video clips that they sent to what they thought were 13-year-old little girls and little boys.’

Two of the Disney World employees, commonly referred as cast members throughout the amusement parks, are Hollywood Studios custodians Savannah Lawrence, 29, and Jonathan McGrew, 34. Both of them live in Kissimmee, Florida, a city just south of Orlando.

The couples’ former roles gave them the advantage of interacting with children and their families as they cleaned the park periodically.

Judd said they wanted to have a threesome with someone who appeared to be 13-year-old girl, and they wanted to role play as her step-parents and encourage her to shoplift.

‘(Jonathan) said to the child, “We want to enjoy this opportunity, we don’t want to rush. Even at the conclusion maybe we can cuddle a little bit,”’ Judd told reporters at a press event. ‘Are you kidding me? That’s how you talk to 13-year-old children?’

The third Disney employee, Kenneth Javier Aquino, 26, was a lifeguard at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Judd said.

‘He left his girlfriend, who is seven months pregnant with his child, to have sex with a child,’ said Judd, adding he is a Navy veteran. ‘That’s right. He was working toward a dive team or a SEAL team or some kind of special ops job.’

A male registered nurse at AdventHealth Care Center, Juan Guadalupe-Arroyo, 47, was also caught in the sting.

All of the 17 people busted lived somewhere in Central Florida except for a married 33-year-old Los Angeles man named Jarrod Justice, Fox 13 reported.

‘He showed up on vacation but he only needed to buy a one-way ticket because he’s not flying back to Los Angeles anytime soon,’ Judd said. ‘He’s married. Mrs Justice, did you hear that? His last name is Justice. That’s what we’re going to get. Justice for Justice.’
