Son ‘shoved dumplings in mum’s mouth and beat her after she refused request’

A man has been arrested over claims he beat his mother and shoved dumplings into her mouth when she refused to dress a mannaquin.

Mikkel Dankner is also accused of whacking his OAP mum with a kitchen stool when he flew into a rage.

The 40-year-old is facing charges of aggravated battery on a victim 65 or older and domestic battery by strangulation, reports Local 10.

Police in Palm Beach, Florida, say Dankner and his mum – who has not been named – were in their garden when he asked her to dress his mannequin.

However she refused and he stopped her from getting inside the home.

She pushed the mannequin to the ground and ran inside but was followed by Dankner who allegedly pushed her onto the floor.

Dankner then picked up a small stool and struck her several times over the head with it, deputies said.

He then "grabbed small dumplings made for dinner and started to shove them into her mouth," the affidavit added.

He allegedly only stopped when his mother said she couldn't breath.

But he then began throwing items around the kitchen, it has been claimed.

A neighbour called police after hearing the commotion and the mother was taken to hospital where she received stitches for a cut to her head.

Dankner was arrested and is due in court next Tuesday.
