A private tutor has been jailed for raping a 15 year-old boy and ordering a 13 year-old girl to perform a sex act on the victim as she watched. Leticia Lowery, 40, was jailed for 20 years in Houston, Texas, last week over the November 2019 sex attack and voyeurism.

The married private tutor, who ran her business out of her home, sexually assaulted the boy in November last year. She was also jailed for picking the child and his girlfriend up in her van, then telling the girl to perform a sex act on the boy as she watched.

Lowery’s child sex attacks were exposed after the boy’s mother found x-rated texts on his phone last November. She was arrested shortly afterwards. The pervert tutor also faces separate charges in neighboring Montgomery County over claims she sexted explicit photos of herself to another 15 year-old boy.

Lowery allegedly told that child he could do ‘whatever he was comfortable with.’ That child was the son of a family friend she was tutoring.

The tutor, who wore an ‘Inspire Love’ t-shirt for last week’s sentencing hearing, faces a charge of trying to solicit sex with a minor over the allegation.

She could be jailed for another 20 years if convicted on that charge.
