Donald Trump crashed the wedding of two of his biggest supporters, sparking chants of “USA, USA” from the delighted guests.

The US president was staying at his own golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey, and decided to pay the happy couple a visit to mark their special day.

Mr Trump stood in front of the guests clapping and soaking up the adulation before beckoning newlyweds Nicole Marie and PJ Mongelli over for handshakes and an impromptu cuddle.

The bride and groom are believed to be huge fans and reports suggested the reception hall was decorated with Trump 2020 flags.

Guests were also seen wearing hats bearing Mr Trump’s Make America Great Again (MAGA) slogan, which he made famous during his successful election campaign in 2016.

Ms Marie reportedly sent Mr Trump multiple invites to the wedding.
