Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani was secretly filmed with his hands in his pants inside a hotel room with an actress pretending to be film character Borat’s daughter.

Giuliani – the former mayor of New York City – was seen in a hotel room with 24 year-old actress Maria Bakalova.

She was posing as Borat’s daughter Tutar, and claimed to be interested in marrying a member of Trump’s inner circle, which was first reported by The Guardian.

Giuliani was filmed laying on a bed with his hands inside his pants shortly before Borat, played by British comedian Sasha Baron Cohen, burst into the room and said, ‘She’s 15! She’s too old for you.’

Giuliani – who was hailed for his leadership in New York on 9/11 – sat up to get out of the room as fast as he could. Borat – a fictional Kazakh journalist notorious for making anti-Semitic slurs – yelled after him that Trump would be disappointed.

The set-up, whose interactions were entirely consensual, began with Bakalova convincing Giuliani to flirt with her and offering to ‘have a drink the bedroom,’ with Giuliani agreeing.

Apparent hidden camera footage depicts Giuliani removing Bakalova’s microphone and asking for her number during an interview with what he believed was a conservative news network.

The Trump fixer then lies down on the bed and starts sticking his hands down his pants, all on film.

After the incident, believed to have been filmed in February, Giuliani said to the New York Post that Baron Cohen had attempted to prank him, before anyone knew a Borat sequel was even being made.

He gave a markedly different version of events than those shown in the preview of the new Borat film, set to debut on Amazon Prime this Friday.

‘This person comes in yelling and screaming, and I thought this must be a scam or a shakedown, so I reported it to the police,’ Giuliani said. ‘He then ran away. I only later realized it must have been Sacha Baron Cohen. I thought about all the people he previously fooled and I felt good about myself because he didn’t get me.’

Giuliani faces the scandal days after he unveiled emails said to show Joe Biden’s son Hunter using his dad’s influence to set up deals with Chinese and Ukrainian companies. Those emails – which have not yet been verified – also tie the former vice president himself to his son’s dealings.

The CIA is looking into Giulani’s ties with Russian foreign agents, NBC News reported.

Joe Biden insists he is innocent of any wrongdoing, but faced further questions over his strangely-worded denial issued about the story.
