Creep charged with stalking, groping 13-year-old girl on subway

A 66-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stalking and groping a 13-year-old girl on the subway on two separate occasions, authorities said.

Walter Polanco turned himself in to the 115th Precinct in Queens on Thursday morning and by the evening was charged with second-degree stalking and forcible touching.

While in police custody on Thursday night, Polanco complained that he was sick and he was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was admitted.

Polanco is accused of groping the teen on trains in Queens and Manhattan, authorities said.

The first incident occurred around 7:15 a.m. Feb. 12 on a northbound 7 train near Queensboro Plaza. Polanco approached the girl and touched her inner thigh, police said.

Exactly two weeks later, at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 26, Polanco again went up to the girl and touched her upper thigh, this time while she was on a northbound 5 train that was approaching the 86th Street station in Manhattan, cops said.
