A British man who forced a woman two have sex with him repeatedly over the course of two days has been jailed.

Dylan Rory Rogers, 28, raped his victim after getting jealous and accusing her of looking at other men on the beach in Palma, Majorca.

Prosecutors said that he humiliated his victim, 23, throwing eggs at her, calling her his slave and making her dance naked for him.

He also raped her vaginally and anally without a condom, hit her head against the wall and grabbed hold of her neck.

He also removed her SIM card from her phone as part of the ‘situation of dominance he imposed on her through the abusive exercise of his authority and physical superiority’.

Rogers blamed his victim saying she had caused him great pain and ‘she would have to compensate him with the pain he was going to cause her’.

Prosecutors said: ‘He told her he didn’t care whether he had to kill her and covered her mouth with tape.’

She managed to escape, covered with just a towel, from her eighth floor flat and alerted a neighbour.

Prosecutors wanted him to face a 34-year prison sentence but after he confessed in court he was handed the nine-year prison sentence.

Rogers was told that he must not go near or try to contact his victim for 21 years.

A friend of the 6ft 2in former rugby player said: ‘Dylan went on a lads’ holiday about six summers ago and basically never came back.’
