Bonilla was then allegedly seen running across the street with the severed penis on Sunday night.

Officers caught up with Bonilla at Alliance Dairies, where he works and arrested him.

According to a police affidavit, Bonilla caught his ex and the victim having sex in May.

Two children were inside the house at the time of the attack.

Bonilla has been charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, two counts of cruelty to a child and false imprisonment.

His bail has been set at $1.25million and the motive for the crime is still being investigated.
