Chris Eubank's boxer nephew faces arrest warrant after skipping dangerous driving sentencing by telling judge he had diarrhoea

CHRIS Eubank's boxer nephew faces arrest on a warrant after he failed to turn up to court — claiming he had diarrhoea.

Freedom Eubank — cousin of world champ Chris Jr — was due for sentencing yesterday on a dangerous driving rap.

But barrister William England said the boxer's mum told him he was too sick to attend.

He told Lewes crown court: “I spoke to the defendant’s mother at 8am, and her son had been suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea overnight.”

Judge Christine Laing QC was not impressed by his excuse and ordered him to be hauled from his sick bed by cops.

She gave him until noon to provide a medical certificate, and later issued a warrant for his arrest, reports the Brighton And Hove News.

Eubank's barrister said: “The police know where he is, one only has to look at his surname to work that one out.”

Eubank, 28, of Brighton, was pulled over by cops in the city in December.

He denied dangerous driving but was found guilty last month at Brighton magistrates’ court.

JPs sent the case to the crown court because they felt they did not have sufficient power to punish him.

Freedom Eubank has followed his famous uncle and cousin into the ring.

IBO super-middleweight champ Chris Jr posted a video online of him knocking out an opponent in 2017.

Chris senior was a world champion at two weights at later appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.

In 2016 The Sun told how Freedom Eubank was arrested in Croatia for allegedly forcing an easyJet plane to divert after swigging vodka on a flight to Egypt.
