Canadian musician Shawn Mendes dominated the Juno Awards by winning in all but one of the six categories he was nominated.

The 20-year old-artist swept the single of year (for “In My Blood”), artist of the year, album of the year (for Shawn Mendes), songwriter of the year and pop album of the year awards.

Mendes could not attend the Sunday night awards ceremony held in London, Ontario, as he is currently on the European leg of his world tour.

However, a taped rendition of his “In My Blood” was telecast.

“Wow @TheJUNOAwards thank you so much!!” he wrote on Twitter. “Sending all my love back to Canada to everyone.”

The online-voted Juno Fan Choice Award went to Avril Lavigne.
