Johnson in Minor Car Crash as Protester Halts Convoy in London

U.K. prime minister Boris Johnson was involved in a minor accident outside the gates of Parliament in London, when the car he was traveling in was hit from behind by another vehicle in his motorcade.

A spokesman for Johnson’s office confirmed that video on social media showed the premier’s car with a dent in the back. The security convoy stopped briefly when a protester rushed in front, causing the vehicles to back-up and leading to the collision.

There were no reports of anyone being injured in the crash, the spokesman said.

The Chembio antibody test was one of the first antibody tests authorized by the FDA during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Chembio Diagnostics stock is currently trading at $3.96. It has traded in the range of $2.25- $15.89 in the past 52 weeks.

The European Commission set a Oct. 22 deadline for the deal to examine concerns that the transaction would remove one of the main producers of light commercial vehicles in several European countries, it said Wednesday in an emailed statement.

Commercial vans “are a growing market and increasingly important in a digital economy where private consumers rely more than ever on delivery services,” EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager said in the statement. “We will carefully assess whether the proposed transaction would negatively affect competition.”

Person dies after water rescue on Clear Creek Tuesday evening – The Denver Post

A woman died after being rescued from Clear Creek in Golden on Tuesday evening, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim was believed to have been in the water for more than a mile without a flotation device.

Jefferson County Sheriff deputies were at the scene of the rescue shortly before 9 p.m.
