Joaquin Phoenix showed up to his own controversial smash hit “Joker” this weekend.

He was at the Alamo Drafthouse in downtown LA meeting fans, posing for selfies and answering questions in a gray hoodie. Unlike his character in the film, the star was reportedly in a great mood.

It’s unclear if he bought his own ticket, Deadline reported, adding to the movie’s monstrous box-office sales.

TV Ratings: ‘Batwoman’ Debuts to 1.8 Million Viewers

“Batwoman” came swinging into action on The CW on Sunday night.

The Ruby Rose-led series debuted to a 0.5 rating and 1.8 million viewers, a solid start for a CW series and well above the two shows which debuted last year on the network in “Roswell, Nex Mexico” and “Legacies.” Season 5 of “Supergirl” followed it with a 0.4 rating and 1.3 million total viewers, an above average tally in both metrics compared with season 4.

Ratings on Sunday night were significantly inflated on a couple networks by the NFL.

Man escapes Brooklyn booking facility in handcuffs

A suspect in handcuffs escaped police custody Monday morning in Brooklyn, authorities said.

The crook, who was busted for robbery, was being walked into Central Booking when he took off on Atlantic Avenue and Court Street around 11:30 a.m., the NYPD confirmed.

Officers were still searching for the accused robber, who had his hands cuffed in front of him, cops said. His name was not released.
