Arthur Edwards told 9News Australia that Prince Harry is “very wise” and will not say anything that will upset the Royal Family during his interview with Oprah Winfrey. The royal photographer added that the Duke of Sussex is “one of the greatest people” Britain ever had in the country.

Mr Edwards said: “There will be nothing in that interview that upsets any member of the Royal Family.

“Certainly not the Queen and certainly not the Prince of Wales.

“So I think Harry is very wise, he knows that one day he has got to come back here.

“This remark he made to the Queen about we can all do our duty whatever status we are, upset a lot of people here.

“So I think he is going to be very sensible.

“Harry was one of the greatest people we ever had in this country, everywhere I went in the world with him, it was great.

“He is a lovely person, so I am going to miss him.”

However, on Tuesday Jeremy Vine panellist Carole Malone slammed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for “insulting” Queen Elizabeth II with their response to being stripped of their Royal Family patronages and titles.

She added that Meghan and Harry do not understand the concept of service and that Queen Elizabeth II “wrote the book” on it.

Ms Malone said: “I think they have been totally disrespectful to the Queen from the start of all this.

“The Queen had written a letter before she found out about the Oprah interview.

“She had said she was removing his patronages and titles because he could not fulfil his role with those titles because he was not in this country.

“He has come back with this very snitty, childish, petulant response saying we can all live a life of service as service is universal.”

She continued: “That to the Queen is so insulting, this is the woman the wrote the book on service.

“Harry and Meghan seem to imagine that public service is about putting a few right-on media posts out there and saying stuff like ‘love will conquer everything’.

“Service is when you put personal ambition aside for the greater good, Meghan and Harry do not understand that concept and they have insulted the Queen.”
