Royal commentator from Us Weekly Molly Mulshine reflected on the future for Prince Harry. She warned it was dangerous for the Duke to keep negatively reflecting on his time in the Royal Family. She said eventually he would have to find new ways to bring in an audience or he risks running out of things to say.

She added this issue would also apply to Meghan as she and Harry only spent a brief period as a married couple within the Royal Family.

Ms Mulshine said: “It is kind of like that everything Prince Harry has been doing hinges on his family, his past and himself.

“That is sort of dangerous territory to be in.

“Not only because his family seem to still be furious with him, the more he talks the less likely it seems they are ever going to reconcile.

“Prince Harry is going to run out of material at some point.

“He and Meghan were only married in the Royal Family for a year-and-a-half.

“Of course, he has his whole life leading up to that that he can write and talk about but at a certain point you need to have a new product, something new to push forward.”

But, royal commentator Joe Drake defended the pair over claims they had not been completing as much charity work as expected.

He said: “There has been a bit of a disconnect with that.

“I don’t want to say they were blaming Covid but I think it has altered things with life sort of stopping.”

Ms Mulshine agreed and continued: “That is understandable for sure.

“I just think it is going to get harder and harder for them to come up with content based on this small window of time that they keep dredging up. It is risky.”

This comes after Prince Harry announced that he would be writing a memoir book.

However, the Duke has faced considerable criticism for this move with some royal commentators arguing this will cause greater stress on his relationship with the rest of the Royal Family.

Some have argued that this has proved to be an odd move by the Duke after opting out of the Royal Family and deciding to start a new life in America, no longer as a senior member of the Royal Family.
