Palace responds to claims Harry & Meghan using endorsement firm – ‘Categorically untrue!’
The endorsement firm is run by Sheeraz Hasan, who is described on the business’ website as “an entrepreneur, social media expert and internationally acclaimed real-time amplification and media strategist.” Among other services, Fame by Sheeraz, appears to connect celebrities and influencers with companies looking to promote their products. Fame by Sheeraz, the company in question, say their clients include a long list of celebrity royalty, such as: Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Selena Gomez.
On Saturday, Fame by Sheeraz posted on Instagram saying: “Sheeraz, Inc is now taking appearance and endorsement requests for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle @sussexroyal Sheeraz, Inc clients from Middle East, India, the US and Asia can send us official offers and we will take them directly to their representatives.”
However, only 24 hours later, Buckingham Palace were quick to issue a denial statement.
According to the Sun, the Palace says it is “categorically untrue” that Harry and Meghan have enlisted their services.
In a statement released by Buckingham Palace last month, outlining how the couple’s relationship with the Royal Family would work going forward, it noted that “the Sussexes have made it clear that they will continue to uphold the values of Her Majesty.”
It comes shortly after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were warned to steer clear of Los Angeles.
Commentator Justin Sylvester warns that the pair would face a “mess” should they decide to move from Canada to Los Angeles.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been known to be very aware of their privacy, a trait that was heightened after the birth of their son Archie in May 2019.
However, a royal source told E! Harry and Meghan are hoping to spend at least a small section of the summer months in Los Angeles to be near Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland.
The source said: “They have reached out to people in LA and would like to assemble a team of locals.”
Some believe that this was Meghan’s plan all along.
Justin Sylvester said: “You knew you were moving to LA. You just wanted to say Canada because it’s part of the Commonwealth.
“Meghan didn’t want people to think that she was as crafty as saying, ‘I’m going to take this man from here and go straight to LA and try to run this business and get that money.’”

Shortly after the announcement that the pair would be stepping down from the Royal Family, Prince Harry delivered a speech at a charity event where he said he had “no other option”.
During his speech, Prince Harry admitted that he and Meghan were disappointed they can no longer represent the Queen but explained that they could not carry on as senior royals.
Speaking in London, he said: “The decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back, is not one I made lightly. It was so many months of talks after so many years of challenges. And I know I haven’t always gotten it right, but as far as this goes, there really was no other option.
“What I want to make clear is we’re not walking away, and we certainly aren’t walking away from you. Our hope was to continue serving the Queen, the commonwealth, and my military associations, but without public funding. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible.
“I’ve accepted this, knowing that it doesn’t change who I am or how committed I am. But I hope that helps you understand what it had to come to, that I would step my family back from all I have ever known, to take a step forward into what I hope can be a more peaceful life.”
