After a run of several weeks on end where no one has taken the Euromillions jackpot, the pot has reached a staggering and life-changing £169million. A single winner of this humongous fortune would make the biggest result in history. But what are tonight’s Euromillions numbers and did you win £169 million?

Tuesday’s Euromillions drawn could see someone’s life changed forever as they take home £169 million.

Someone must win in the Euromillions draw on Tuesday, after no-one scooped the jackpot on Friday and the winnings rolled over.

If the main prize is won, it will be the biggest-ever win in British history.

Andy Carter, the senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery, said that Tuesday’s jackpot, totalling £169m, “must be won”.

If no one wins the main prize tonight, the money will roll down into lower-tier prizes, meaning there could be more than one multi-million pound prizes on offer instead of one big win.

Mr Carter said: “If the jackpot isn’t won on Tuesday, it will roll down into the next prize tier where there is at least one winner.”

“If the jackpot is won, it could make the UK’s biggest ever winner.

What is the biggest win on record?

More than 5,500 millionaires and multimillionaires have been created since the launch of the National Lottery in 1994.

The prize pot stands at more than £71 billion to date.

The current record holders for the biggest ever lottery win are Colin and Chris Weir from Largs in North Ayrshire, Scotland, who won £161 million in 2011.

National Lottery operator Camelot said there have been four UK jackpot winners in 2019, who between them won £350 million.

In June, one anonymous ticket holder became the UK’s third-biggest ever winner after scooping a £123 million jackpot.

Another winning pair was Adrian and Gillian Bayford, from Suffolk,who took home more than £148 million in August 2012.

Friday’s National Lottery EuroMillions winning numbers were 06, 09, 35, 41 and 44, and the winning EuroMillions Lucky Star numbers were 06 and 09.

To be a winner you must match the five main numbers and the two lucky stars to win the full jackpot.

On Friday, there were no tickets that matched the chosen numbers, meaning today’s jackpot is a rollover.
